REFUND POLICY

At FSV Barefoot, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your shoes. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy:

WARRANTY:

  • FSV Barefoot offers a one-year warranty on all footwear for manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty applies only if the shoes were used properly and for their intended purpose.
  • To claim the warranty, contact our customer service team and provide a description and photo of the defect.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns: FSV Barefoot shoes are not eligible for returns, as they are delivered in reusable bags.
  • Exchanges: A one-time exchange for size or color is allowed within 7 days of the delivery date. The exchange is subject to stock availability. The bag must be clean and intact to process the exchange.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Contact our customer service team at fsvbarefoot@gmail.com to request an exchange.
  • Carefully pack the item in the original bag, making sure it is clean and intact.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice.
